In summer and winter, after a leisurely stroll or a strenuous mountain hike, after cross-country skiing or a stint on the rubber tyre slope.... a little something to eat never comes amiss. And if that little something is typical South Tyrolean, then all the better!

Our kitchen team looks forward to pampering you with freshly prepared dishes such as goulash and dumplings, pasta, mushroom dishes, wild game dishes, barbecue specialities (every Sunday through the summer), our home-made Kaiserscharrn, apple strudel and much more.

Sit and enjoy a glass of our home-made juice (elderberry, blackcurrant etc) and indulge yourself with our specialities. And to finish off, why not try one of our home-made liquors (mountain pine or blueberry)?
